- What is a Page/Side?
A 20 page Book has 40 sides, 30 page book has 60 sides, so on ..
- How long before I see the first draft?
Up to five days
- How long does it take for revisions?
Up to three days
- After approval has been made, how long until I receive the product?
Wedding Albums - Allow 4-6 weeks, depending on the season
Press Books - Allow 2 weeks
- Do you provide Color Correction?
Yes, at the time of printing
- Any restrictions on what can be submitted or printed?
Images/files containing illegal or immoral content will not be accepted or printed.
- What format should my files be in?
Jpeg or Tiff
- Do I need to size my files?
No, we suggest that you keep the file resolution set by your camera (no raw files please).
- How should I name my files?
To ensure that the images are placed in the correct order, number them in sequence.
- How many images should I send in?
That really depends on the size of Album/Book you want.
A basic rule of thumb is:
20 page book up to 50 - 70 images
30 page book up to 60 - 90 images
As the saying goes, "less is more"
- How many revisions do I get?
3 revisions at no charge. additional revisions are $25.00 each.
- How do I send my files/Images to you?
FTP site or on a CD, DVD, Flash Drive or Card
- Can Text be added?
Yes, text is available on both services
How do I get a Price List?
Pricing is located under "Flush Mount Album pricing" or "Press Book pricing" - look for tab
Do you only work with Professional Photographers?
Yes
- I purchased a CD with all my wedding images on it from my photographer, will you design an album for me?
Yes we will provided you have a COPYRIGHT RELEASE for the images. A copy of the copyright release must accompany your order.
Are the Albums Archival?
Yes, We use Kodak Professional paper. This paper has approx. 100 years in home life and 200 years in dark storage.
